Iowa State University (ISU) is interested in obtaining a system specialized in higher education institutions for viewing, collecting, maintaining, and reporting all faculty scholarly information that would be utilized university wide by all colleges, departments, centers, and units across ISU. The functionality and needs at a high level should include, but not be limited to: “Collective access to information” to be able to tell our story Streamline and use of standard institutional language and terminology Provide a Faculty Activity Report (faculty self assessment) that is uniform across campus Report out on faculty productivity in the research environment Facilitate robust reporting options Track undergraduate research – we have no comprehensive way to do this now Provide benchmarking and comparative data relative to peer institutions and faculty The selected supplier must be able to provide a technology solution where faculty and administrators can view, collect, maintain, and report all faculty scholarly information for a selected period (e.g., academic or calendar year) and curate data across reporting years (e.g., submitted article becomes published). For administrators this solution will be able to run accreditation, data and scholarly reports as needed. This system should also have the ability to share this same scholarly information available from other higher education institutions in easily searchable and reporting capabilities for benchmarking, research and collaboration purposes. The estimated term start date will be December 1, 2025. Estimated Faculty Users 2500 Estimated Administrative Users 250
