A. IDEA intends to obtain pest elimination services for all locations listed in this RFP. The actual locations of services may vary according to the needs and funding. Vendor will be responsible to for delivery to the locations listed in Attachment āSā. B. Only TDA-approved, food-safe pesticides shall be used, applied according to label instructions. C. All services shall be performed during non-operational hours or at times agreed upon with the school cafeteria managers. D. Technicians must wear proper identification and maintain professional conduct while on school property. E. A detailed service report must be provided after each visit, including findings, treatments performed, and recommendations. F. Equipment warranty shall be compliant with standard manufacturer warranties and any additional warranties established by dealers/supplier (vendor). G. Conduct an initial assessment of the cafeteria, including kitchen areas, food storage, waste disposal areas, and entry points. H. Install and maintain monitoring stations to detect early signs of infestation. I. Identify structural or sanitation issues contributing to pest activity and provide recommendations. J. Implement a scheduled pest control program with treatments at least monthly or as required by school/municipality policy. K. Treat specific areas prone to pest infestations, including: a. Kitchen and food prep areas b. Storage rooms and pantries c. Serving lines and dining areas d. Dishwashing and utility areas e. Trash receptacles and disposal zones f. Exterior perimeter of the cafeteria building
