The Work under the Contract consists of: a. Furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, permits and supervision required to perform all work specified by Worcester Housing Authority. b. All work included in the specifications unless specifically indicated as not to be done. c. The Work under the Contract includes, but is not limited to: 1. Bead “WHA” initials on new equipment 2. Install hand rails 3. Repair metal steps and stair pans 4. Metal frame door repairs 5. Light pole repairs 6. Tail gates on work vehicles/trailers 7. Cellar cages repair 8. Security screens 9. Trash chute doors 10. Install bracing for conduit lines 11. Repair metal benches 12. Gate post repair 13. Security gate repair 14. Basketball hoops 15. Stair railing - The restoration and/or replacement of any items damaged or destroyed, where appropriate.
