SCOPE OF WORK: 1.1 The contractor shall provide all labor, technical expertise, professional support, chemicals, (wet and/or dry), transportation and equipment for the extermination of all kinds of pests at the Rockville District Court Building,191 E. Jefferson Street, Rockville, Maryland, 20850. 1.2 This service shall include both the interior and exterior of the building and grounds as specified by this contract or as necessary to eliminate pests from the interior or exterior of the building. 1.3 The contractor shall rid the building of all pests that walk, crawl or fly and where possible locate and completely destroy their habitat. This requirement excludes the pest termites. A termite problem will be handled as a separate entity to this contract.
