OFMB is seeking a robust and innovative software solution that can used by both internal County employees for producing a true performance-based budget, an award winning budget document, and all other technical budget reports to present to the Board for making budget decisions, but will also allow other non-technical users, including the general public, to easily submit a query to gather a granular level of detailed information on-demand. Submitters should present alternatives for all of our current budgeting systems, and must have experience in deploying these solutions successfully for a similarly sized and complex organization. Among the topics, we are interested in hearing about are: Budget Preparation ➢ Multi-year line item budget creation (five years of actuals, current adopted/modified budget, current year estimates, next year budget, out-year forecasts) ➢ Base budget load with supplemental budget requests, including different columns for base, one-time, and recurring supplemental budget requests ➢ Integration with Crystal Reports (including new custom report development) ➢ Position and salary projection tools with scenario modeling (pay plans, FRS, insurance, etc.) ➢ Entry and reporting of KPIs/metrics that are linked to budget requests...
