This contract is for the Inspection of the Fire Alarm Service, Inspection and Testing for the University of South Dakota. The contract will run from July 1st, 2025, to June 30th 2026 July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2026, June 1, 2024. Annual inspections will take place per the attached bid documents, bid response, Exhibit A and in accordance with NFPA 72-2025 in USD's buildings and facilities. Full reports are due by August 31st, 2025 , the full report must be submitted electronically to the USD Director of Environmental Health and Safety. The contractor must schedule all testing with USD Director of Environmental Health and Safety at a minimum of one month prior to inspection. Contractor will not place stickers with company name on USD property, only necessary tags will be allowed. Invoicing shall be submitted collectively according to their category of buildings and the fire alarm systems tested: Academic (AC) Fire Alarm systems Residential Housing (RH) Muenster University Center (MUC) Wellness Center (WC) Coyote Village Residential Hall (CV)
