A. In general, the roof membrane replacement and metal decking restoration will include the following as outlined in the specifications for each of four (4) canopies: 1. Removal of the existing roof membrane. 2. Investigation, rust remediation, and repair or replacement of existing metal decking base. 3. New, or remediated, metal base decking to be painted to match existing support steel and railings. 4. Installation of new roof membrane. 5. Important: New membrane material specifications must be provided prior to acquisition by contractor to confirm with the Tampa Sports Authority that the membrane material can be painted or have additional material adhered to the membrane surface, such that the material would not be compromised, or warranty nullified. B. In following with the protocols put forth by Tampa Sports Authority and outlined by O Sports Engineering in the drawings and specifications, the contractor will: 1. Provide all appropriate equipment, tools and supplies necessary to complete the project efficiently and effectively. 2. Assemble, schedule, and supervise all labor and work activities undertaken within the scope of this project. 3. Ensure that all work is scheduled between 6am – 5pm Monday through Friday unless approved in advance by the Tampa Sports Authority.
