Princeton, a municipal corporation in the state of New Jersey (“Princeton”), is seeking bids from qualified vendors to lease certain space on the rooftop and associated areas of the Princeton Public Library, located at 65 Witherspoon Street, Princeton, New Jersey 08540 (“Premises”), for the installation, operation, and maintenance of wireless telecommunications antennas and associated equipment. 2. The Lessee (also referred to as “successful bidder”) shall be permitted to install, operate, and maintain telecommunications facilities, including antennas, cabinets and equipment (“Facility”), at the Premises for wireless telecommunications purposes. The Lessee’s use of the Premises shall be in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth herein and in the proposed lease agreement, which is included as part of the Contract Documents (“Lease”). The terms used herein shall have the same meaning as set forth in the Lease.
