The contractor must demonstrate proficiency in Umbraco Content Management System, hosting, and security, alongside strong communication and project management skills to foster a seamless and effective partnership. The primary objectives of this project are as follows: 1. To ensure reliable and uninterrupted operation of the Hawai'i Tourism Authority's (HTA) website and related applications through consistent and effective ongoing maintenance and support. 2. To ensure effective reporting and communication, providing timely and comprehensive updates on all work required under this contract, as requested by the State. 3. To ensure accurate and transparent financial accountability and reporting, demonstrating proper expenditure of State funds and adherence to contractual financial obligations.
