1. Vendor will remove all the moving parts on the panels on each gate and all Hydraulic systems. 2. Vendor will install the following Hydraulic items on each gate opening: (4) new jamb mounted Hydraulic Cylinder Actuators and Hydraulic Power Packs 5Hp Electric motors, pumps, reservoirs, control manifolds, hard tubing, hoses and fittings to mount 6’ of the openings 3. Vendor will supply Prewired NEMA 4 Control panels, (1) Photo Safety Eyes located 8’ above the ground level, Limit switches, door position switches, pneumatic safety edges with air switches and cords top guide rollers and brackets, Strap type folding and jamb hinges bearings, bushings, continuous 7/8” jamb hinge pintles, jamb hinge support brackets, vertical metal joints astragals on each gate panel, bottom rubber drags. All (6) Hydraulic systems will take 7 gallons of Hydraulic Fluid. All the gates will be adjusted for proper operation, and vendor will test all the safety devices. 4. Vendor will need to use (1) 5K forklift and (1) 30’ Scissor lift and they anticipate that the job should be completed within 30 working days. 5. Vendor can give a repair timeline for each gate to help with vehicle traffic and security. 6. Vendor lead-time from the manufacture is 6 to 8 working weeks. 7. Vendor will deliver a secure durable and technological advanced gate controller specifically design for correctional facility environments. The request includes a robust gate control system that offers reliable access management, and integration with our exiting security infrastructure. The necessary fail safes to ensure uninterrupted operation in a high-risk setting. In addition to the quality of the product provided the vendor would need to have experience with correctional installations or similar custody facilities with high security requirements.
