1. General Services o Provide all necessary services and supplies typically required for administering the drug testing program. 2. Student Selection and Scheduling o Perform random selection of students for testing based on a student list provided by the Designated School Representative (DSR). o Coordinate and schedule specimen collection services with the DSR. 3. Specimen Collection o Conduct specimen collection services at the Client's premises. o Ensure that technicians are trained in proper collection procedures and confidentiality guidelines. o Verify technicians are qualified with criminal background clearances, including sex offender checks. 4. Specimen Testing and Medical Review o Facilitate transportation of collected specimens to a qualified third-party laboratory for GCMS confirmation testing. o Arrange for medical review (MRO) of laboratory-confirmed positive test results through a qualified third-party provider, upon the request of the DSR. 5. Reporting and Record Management o Deliver test results and maintain records exclusively for the DSR. o Ensure secure storage of all records related to the drug testing program. 6. Compliance o Adhere to the guidelines established in the Client’s “Drug and Alcohol Policy.”
