1. SPECIFICATIONS Unless otherwise specified, all work shall be in accordance with the supplemental specifications attached, Municipal codes, ordinances and State and Federal laws that are applicable to the project. The Contractor shall include all costs necessary to properly perform this work for the Unit Price Items of the Proposal as described. 2. SCOPE OF WORK Mannino Park is approximately 165 acres and situated off the northern side of Old Bridge-Matawan Road (County Route 516), currently designated on the tax map as Block 8005, Lots 6. Access to the park is from Mannino Park Drive, off of Old Bridge-Matawan Road (County Route 516), which provides access to the following existing site features: the Old Bridge Family YMCA, two natural illuminated baseball fields, three artificial turf illuminated ball fields, a playground, dog park, five (5) pickleball courts, associated parking areas and two stormwater basins. The proposed construction will include, but is not limited to, the following: a) Clearing of site; b) Construction of proposed parking lot with 20’ high site lighting, traffic and parking striping, signage, reinforced concrete sidewalk, concrete curb, storm inlets, storm manholes and piping, and stormwater management facility; c) Construction of 9 Pickleball Courts with 10’ high perimeter fencing, court net post and footing & netting; d) 20’ high Pickleball Court lighting; e) Pickleball themed decorative bollards; f) 10’ x 12’ Prefabricated Storage Shed; g) Landscaping; and h) Soil Erosion & Sediment Control Measures
