The Office of Professional Licensure and Certification (OPLC) provides administrative support to fifty-seven (57) Professional Boards in its mission to promote efficient professional and technical licensing in the State of NH. A majority of functions revolve around Board Meetings, the business conducted within those meetings, and the behind the scenes efforts to support meeting functions. With the experience and knowledge gained related to remote meetings and business operations, the OPLC realized that the current business solution for supporting Board functions was antiquated and difficult for Board Members to conduct business in an easy and efficient manner. Approximately 366 Board Members are required to conduct Board business using personal devices, email, and web/video conferencing software. OPLC is seeking a cloud based agenda management solution to facilitate board management, communication between board members and OPLC staff, and board activities.
