The New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services, New Hampshire Hospital (Department or NHH) is seeking responses to this Request for Proposals (Solicitation or RFP) from qualified Vendors to provide services to repair rated fire and smoke barriers in conjunction with the installation of firestop systems to retain the integrity of fire-resistance rated construction at NHH’s buildings located at the New Hampshire State Office Park South, 36 Clinton St, Concord, NH 03301. The selected Vendor will make repairs to existing rated fire and smoke barriers, which may include the installation of gypsum, and listed firestop systems using systems and materials approved by the Department, in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and codes. The Department estimates that approximately 4,000 linear feet of fire rated barriers and rated smoke barriers would be subject to the services outlined in the Scope of Work.
