PART 1: GENERAL/MOBILIZATION The Contractor shall provide all labor, expertise, equipment, machines and tools necessary to perform the abatement services at the work site. The work site will be identified by the street address of the primary structure located at the site and the site will be additionally identified by the Tax Identification Number of the property. The pricing submitted for the subject work shall be all inclusive. Work must be completed within seventy-two (72) hours of notification. Any abatement requiring an Administrative Warrant must be completed within twenty-four (24) hours of notification. PART 2: SCOPE OF WORK The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: cutting grass, brush and/or weeds that are in excess of twelve (12) inches, and the removal of junk and debris (further defined in the Town of Kernersville Code of Ordinances; Chapter 10, Article I, Section 10-1). Additional Code Enforcement abatement projects may be offered on an “as needed” basis for estimates and quotes
