1. Inspect effected areas walls 2. Safely remove effected areas of walls that are damaged/If mold is found notify project manager. 3. Remove effected areas of existing wall tiles and wall 4. Replace tiles of effected area with similar tiles. 5. Recommend leaving Chicago Valve to replace all worn down copper 6. Inspect Drainpipes in room 218 for no cracks and if cracked replace 7. Preparation: clean substrate of deleterious materials which impair bonding of resilient flooring. Do work smoothly, even troweled finish. Remove rough areas and protrusions from concrete by griding. Fill cracks, rough areas, and other surface defects with an acceptable plastic filler for flooring. 8. Install FRP in effected area behind shower head to specs identified by project manager. 9. Inspect Drainpipes in effected area for no cracks and if cracked replace 10.Remove identified diverter in room 218.
