The City of Long Branch will receive qualifications from appraisal firms to provide real estate appraisal services as may be required during the contract year. The services that may be required could include, but are not limited to, residential, commercial, and/or hotel appraisals, including water or oceanfront properties; New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection Green Acres real estate appraisals; expert witness testimony regarding property appraisals relative to Monmouth County Board of Taxation Property Tax Appeals and/or New Jersey State Tax Court or in any other legal proceedings; and expert testimony regarding property appraisals relative to property condemnationsin Monmouth County Superior Court, Condemnation Commission, or in any other legal proceedings.
