The project’s scope of work involves demolishing and removing the existing lift station dry well, construction of a new wet well equipped with 7.5 HP submersible sewage pumps, installation of a valve vault, new mechanical equipment and piping, bypass operations, an electrical cabinet, a standby generator, and control systems. The scope also covers partially removing, plugging, and abandoning an existing 12” storm sewer using flowable fill, constructing 85 linear feet of new 12” storm sewer, and building two storm manholes, along with all associated earthwork, trench backfill, and site restoration. Substantial completion shall be completed within 150 calendar days of the Notice to Proceed (NTP) while final completion shall be completed within 180 calendar days of the NTP.
