The City of Fernandina Beach is seeking proposals from responsible and responsive proposers to provide turnkey paid parking management services within the Downtown area of Fernandina Beach. The City has identified approximately 750 premium parking spaces within the Downtown area that consist of both on-street and off-street parking. Proposers must demonstrate the requisite knowledge, experience, technical expertise, organizational and financial capability to perform the services requested under this RFP. The proposer is expected to design, implement, and manage turnkey premium paid parking management program that includes but is not limited to: • Bulk discount/annual permit system that provides benefits to residents • Supply and installation of signage, kiosks, software, and hardware systems within the Downtown area to provide for predominately contactless payment system • Implementation and management of the City’s day-to-day parking operations within the premium-paid parking area • Enforcement of parking regulations in compliance with City Code and State laws • Provision of revenue collection and financial reporting related to the paid parking program
