Be aware of any articles that are brought in and left in City Hall and report immediately. Be aware of red flags or suspicious behaviors from anyone entering the Customer Service Lobby and report immediately. Monitor public restrooms for individuals entering and not exiting or leaving articles behind. Check the restroom regularly and report any suspicious behavior or findings immediately. In case of an emergency, alarm, or drill, escort all customers out of the lobby through the front doors. Advise customer that they will return in the order they were evacuated when they left.
