The Fort Mill School District (FMSD) is accepting Bids for Single Prime Contractor to provide comprehensive services as described, but not limited to, the scope outlined within the Construction Documents. The Contractor’s scope of work shall include the demo, disposal, and replacement of the existing HVAC Systems at Fort Mill High School (215 US HWY 21 N, Fort Mill, SC). Contractor to include all necessary material and labor associated with the disconnection, removal, and replacement of the existing SPHP-8 & SPHP-9 units at Fort Mill High School. Replacement units shall be Trane Precedent Packaged Rooftop equipment matching provided submittal and cutsheet information included within the RFB. Contractors are responsible for confirmation of curb adaptors with the new equipment and all associated cost shall be included in bid should it be deemed necessary. Scope of work to include all necessary electrical and controls demo to disconnect existing units prior to removal and reconnection following setting of new units. Contractor responsible for proper disposal of equipment and refrigerant.
