Contractor shall provide insurance, materials, tools, labor, equipment and supervision to perform all work necessary to complete this scope of work. Location 1: 3119 SR44 (water reclamation facility, all windows and glass doors on main building) Frequency: exterior – quarterly Interior – yearly Location 2: 2640 Paige Ave. (water treatment plant, all windows and glass doors on main building) Frequency: exterior – quarterly Interior – yearly Location 3: 350 Slaton St. (electric T&D/sys ops, all windows and glass doors on main building) Frequency: exterior – quarterly Interior – yearly Location 4: 200 Canal St. (central office building, all windows and glass doors incl. drive thru) Frequency: exterior – monthly Interior – yearly (except drive thru)
