1. Lawn Mowing and weed eating all grassed areas – twice per month 2. Weeding of flower beds outside of buildings- once (a) per month, to include pruning. 3. Cutting area not accessible by mower will need weed eater or equivalent. 4. Blow, vacuum, or sweep paths, sidewalks, patios and door entrances after each mowing. 5. Trim fringe left by mowers around buildings, trees and sidewalks. 6. Mow and weed eat in and around fenced area behind campus. 7. Control growth of grass and weeds in and around parking lots with Round-Up. 8. Sweep, vacuum, rake or otherwise collect and dispose of clippings from area bounded by the three main buildings and the service road. 9. Trimming of low hanging branches and limbs that can be accomplished from the ground with pole and saw pruners – once (1) in spring and once (1) in mid-summer. 10. All landscaping shall be maintained reasonably free of fire ants, sugar ants, ant mounts or beds, and timely fertilization of turf utilizing water-soluble synthetic, in organic fast release, for quick-turn response, and slow release for longer residual turn response.
