The scope of services may include, but is not limited to, comprehensive heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) system repairs; routine and emergency inspections; and the installation of HVAC systems. The selected Contractor shall be responsible for the following: • Performing routine HVAC maintenance to ensure the efficient and reliable operation of heating and cooling systems throughout all school facilities. • Executing both scheduled (planned) and unscheduled (emergency) service and repair work as needed. • Providing professional HVAC installation services upon request or as necessitated by facility requirements. Serviced equipment may include, but is not limited to: Motors Starters Valves Compressors Split systems Exhaust fans Gas-fired unit heaters Boilers (Steam, Condensing, Gas) Package units Chillers Mini-Split system VAV Boxes Cooling Towers Forced air systems Building Automation Systems (BAS)
