• Installation of playground and splash pad equipment. This includes all the water line piping and electrical work from the splash pad control box (vault) to the splash pad features. • Installation of concrete curbs around the playground, concrete walking path to the playground, concrete for the shelter and maze area and concrete for the splash pad. All demos of existing concrete will be handled by the owner. • All the drainage work inside the concrete curbs of the playground. Drainage outside of the playground will be completed by others. • Inside the curbs of the playground contractor will be responsible for stone filling for the turf fall surface to 3 inches below top of curb. The remainder of stone will be the responsibility of the fall surface installer. • Earthwork will be completed by others, but the contractor is responsible for maintaining proper elevation of all surfaces and playground equipment. • The Playground manufacture is Burke with a total cost of equipment at $308,359.20. • The Splash Pad manufacture is Water Play with a total cost of equipment at $76,849.50.
