The project includes but is not limited to Milling 2” thick of the existing parking lot as required to maintain the existing grades or to the proposed grades as provided on the plans and installing HMA 9.5M64 Surface Course, 2” thick, Pavement Excavation and installation of HMA 9.5M64, 2” thick, HMA 19M64 Base Course, 2” thick, and dense grade aggregate, 6” thick, Replacement of existing Stormwater Pipes and Inlets as shown on the plans, Removal of existing concrete curb and installation of new concrete curb where directed, Removal of existing concrete sidewalk and the installation of new concrete sidewalk where directed, Installing 6” Thick Concrete Pad where directed, Replacing handicap ramps as shown on the plans and where directed,Installation of proposed ADA compliant ramps, Installing and restoring pavement markings, Installing and replacing regulatory and parking signs, Restoring disturbed vegetated / lawn areas. As a minimum, all lawns shall be restored with topsoil, fertilizer, seed, and mulch. Other material shall be restored in-kind, provide stage construction to minimize employee parking inconvenience, Providing all necessary traffic directors and traffic control in accordance with the MUTCD, Roadway / Parking Lot shall be clean and open to traffic at the end of every day.
