The properties are located in the following communities. 1. 64 Essex Street Chelsea MA The property is used for staffed congregate programs for transitional age youth (TAY) and range in capacity from six to seven residents. 2. 15 Dwight Street Brookline, MA This property is used for staffed congregate programs for adults with mental illness and range in capacity from six to seven residents. This property is a 7 bed residence. 3. 47 Doncaster Street Roslindale, MA This property is used for staffed congregate programs for adults with mental illness and range in capacity from six to seven residents. This property is a 7 bed residence.
