The Contractor will analyze and detect water impurities for bacteriological water analyses, inorganic analyses, and organic analyses, as well as any additional (unnamed) analyses from the State Water Project – DWR, Oroville Field Division, for the term of the contract. Analyses will be performed on a quarterly basis. DWR may occasionally request an extra sample for a retest. 5. The Contractor must display proof of Certification by the Department of Health Services. The Contractor must display proof of Certification by the State Water Resources Control Board Division of Drinking Water, Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Program (ELAP) to perform all required testing in this Invitation for Bid (IFB). Certification under the National Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Program (NELAP) is also acceptable. 6. Water Samples will be taken by a DWR representative and delivered to the Contractor’s laboratory. The Contractor will supply DWR with sterilized water sample bottles and will exchange on a one for one basis, upon request. New, empty, sterilized water sample bottles and other new, empty sample containers will be picked up at the Contractor’s location by a DWR representative. 7. A DWR representative will transport the samples to the Contractor’s facility on at least a quarterly basis and will call before delivering.
