Gate (curtain) Roller Assembly. Straighten and align door and all hardware. Check and tighten all loose bolts and nuts. Lubricate and inspect all points of friction. Make minor adjustments. Adjust limits, springs. Inspect for damage and proper rotation. Clean any grease and debris. Assure mounting brackets are secure and oil bearings. Make sure base slat is not damaged or loose. Motor, chain, and housing 1. Inspect motor drives for smooth operation. 2. Check frame for rust and that anchors are tight and secure. 3. Inspect for gearbox play, keyways, welds, and chain wear. 4. Inspect cables and/or wires. 5. Adjust physical and operational check for alignment, tension and lubricate. 6. Clean any grease and debris from motor and chain. 7. Adjust and ensure all timers operate properly if necessary. 8. Inspect for leaks, repair all leaks. 9. Take apart housing for motor/operator to ensure full operation. Tracks/Guides 1. Check and adjust tracks and guide for bent or dented area. 2. Clean any grease and debris. Roller Assembly 1. Clean any grease and debris. 2. Adjust roller assembly for wheel tightness. Sensors 1. Adjust sensitivity if necessary. 2. Clean and check for operational sensing edge and photo beam. 3. Check for loose or frayed wires and replace if worn. 4. Inspect all safety devices.
