A. Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, installations, repairs, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, transportation, and fees to provide water and wastewater operation and maintenance services for Bautista Conservation Camp. B. The Contractor shall provide technical services to operate, maintain water supply, and supply regulatory staff for their water and wastewater facility. C. The Contractor shall provide an operator certified by the State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) to be the Chief Operator to oversee and operate the water and wastewater facilities. The operator(s) shall cover all related operational and regulatory compliance five (5) days a week. They shall also designate operators and other personnel as "standby" to respond to after-hours emergency calls if needed. D. The Contractor shall perform all necessary operational and laboratory analyses presently required by the waste Discharge Requirements (WDR) and the monitoring and reporting program issued by the California Regional Water Quality Control District (RWQCB) and California State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB).
