Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Roof will be taken down to decking free of all staples, nails, and debris. • Remove from Owner's property and legally dispose of all waste materials. • Ice and water dam in valleys around roof penetrations and around all eaves of the building. • Contractor is to ensure watertight building at the end of the workday and tarp roof in case of inclement weather while project is ongoing. • If leaks occur, Contractor will repair at their expense. • Any damage to landscaping will be replaced at the Contractor's expense. • Replace all roof penetrations with Dektite rubber boot flashing or equivalent to manufacturer's specification. • Shingles will be matched as close in color as possible to existing shingle roof. • Contractor will maintain appropriate public safety throughout length of project. • Full five (5) year labor and material warranty will be supplied by Contractor, submitted at the time of project completion in addition to the shingle warranty
