TP3:1.1 DAILY TASKS The following Tasks shall be performed on a daily basis in all Offices, Corridors, Foyers, and other Rooms: Empty and clean all wastepaper baskets, replacing liners as needed. Remove wastepaper and refuse to designated area. Recycling Containers are not to be emptied by the Contractor. Sweep and mop all office hard floor surfaces. Hallways, foyers, and entrance hard floor surfaces to be dust mopped and damp mopped. Clean all corridor walls Vacuum all carpeted floor surfaces, remove visible dust, dirt and debris. Give special attention to high traffic areas. Clean and sanitize with non-bleach germicidal cleanser, drinking fountains. Clean and sanitize non-bleach germicidal cleanser, all telephones. Clean and sanitize entrance door glazing, including side lights. Spot clean glass in doors, partitions, windows and displays. Use clean cloth and glass cleaner in spray bottle. Clean and sanitize non-bleach germicidal cleanser, all counter tops. Spot clean all kick plates, push plates, walls, cubicle partitions with clean cloth, with wet detergent solution in spray bottle. Wipe dry as needed. Stairways: Sweep, dust mop and polish metal handrails and supports. Passenger Elevator: Dust, spot clean, polish walls and metal, sweep and damp mop with a cleanser. Keep "Janitors Closet" neat and well supplied at all times. Turn off lights except those designated night-lights to be left on. Clean and wipe clear of all elevator walls, buttons and handrails, dust mop and wet mop floors Remove lint, cobwebs, mud, litter, vacuum walk off mats in lobby’s and elevators. For all Library Properties do the following: Carpet on the main floor shall be vacuumed daily unless instructed otherwise. Carpet covers approximately 1/3 of the first floor; the rest of the floor is tiled. The floor in the foyer is slate. Tabletops (including computer tables) and chairs must be cleaned daily. Glass entrance and partitions must be cleaned. For Police HQ do the following: Cell Block Clean and sanitize with non-bleach germicidal cleanser Elevator walls and common area’s (floors) Stair wells area Front entrance of Police Headquarters TP3:1.2 DAILY TASKS – RESTROOMS The following Tasks shall be performed daily in all Rest Rooms Clean and sanitize all fixtures including toilet bowls, urinals, and hand basins. Clean all plumbing fixtures (faucets etc.) Clean and polish all glass and mirrors. Empty all containers and replace liners. Spot clean partitions and walls. Remove spots, stains, and splashes from the wall area adjacent to hand basins. Sweep and damp mop floors with an anti-bacterial non-bleach germicidal cleanser. Remove all fingerprints & smudges from doors, walls and metals as required Refill soap dispensers or top off as needed Refill toilet tissue dispensers as needed Refill paper towel dispensers as needed TP 3:1.3 WEEKLY TASKS- Disinfection and Fogging of all Municipal Properties The following Tasks shall be performed on a weekly basis in all Offices, Corridors, Foyers, and other Rooms: Contractor shall perform disinfection in areas or on surfaces where pathogens can collect and breed. Disinfection and (or) fogging of all Offices, Corridors, Foyers, and common surfaces include but is not limited to Doorknobs & handles, light switches, toilet handles and seats, bathroom/kitchen countertops, keyboards, calculators, phones, staplers, microwave handles & buttons, stairway railings, elevator buttons, etc.
