The State of Tennessee, Finance & Administration Division of TennCare (“TennCare”) issues this Request for Information (“RFI”) for the purpose of obtaining insight into the solutions available to meet TennCare’s needs related to same-day or point of care voluntary long-acting reversible contraceptive (vLARC) programs. Any solution must meet the following needs: • The ability to securely store provider administered drugs limited to long-acting reversible contraceptives (e.g. Intrauterine devices, implants (Nexplanon), and Medroxyprogesterone). • Facilitate the same-day or point of care access of LARC devices to providers for administration without the need for a return visit. • Comply with all state and federal regulations regarding pharmaceutical dispensing, labeling, and reimbursement.
