2.1.1 Illicit Discharge Detection and Elimination • Update the City of Jackson's existing storm sewer system maps that includes the following information: ◦ (i) MS4 outfalls; ◦ (ii) Drainage areas; ◦ (iii) Location and name of receiving water bodies; ◦ (iv) Dry weather field screening stations with an individual alphanumeric identifier; ◦ (v) Map scale for distance; and ◦ (vi) Priority areas, such as: - (a) Areas with older infrastructure that are more likely to have illicit connections; - (b) Industrial, commercial, or mixed use areas; - (c) Areas with a history of past illicit discharges; - (d) Areas with a history of illegal dumping; - (e) Areas with onsite sewage disposal systems; - (f) Areas with older sewer lines or a history of sewer overflows or cross-connections; and - (g) Areas upstream of sensitive waterbodies.
