Daily Empty all indoor waste receptacles nightly and remove to outside dumpster for disposal. Clean all rest rooms with a commercial grade cleaner/disinfectant. Restroom cleaning shall include but not limited to: floors, wall tiles, door and door vents, ceiling vents, sinks, basins, urinals (including top, sides, bottom under rims and overflow outlet), faucets, drains, dispensers, mirrors, plumbing fixtures, partitions and doors, and any other items as necessary. Replenish all toilet tissue, hand towels & soap dispensers. A minimum of one quart of water shall be poured in all floor drains daily. Clean and wipe down all interior doors with commercial grade disinfect cleaner. Vacuum common walkways, assembly areas, elevator cab and open areas around furniture. Provide spot cleaning on any carpeted stains as needed. Sweep and wet mop all non-carpet floors. This includes inlay, granite, and painted concrete. (Excludes Computer Room) Stairwell handrails shall be wiped daily with commercial grade disinfectant cleaner. Stairwells floors are to be checked daily and wet mopped as necessary. Wash all inside ground floor glass doors. Outside door glass shall be done weather permitting. Clean and disinfectant all drinking fountains. Clean and disinfectant elevator cab walls, doors, handrails, and buttons, along with cleaning of doors door tracks. Weekly Dust and disinfect all office furniture outside of individual cubicles with commercial grade disinfect cleaner. to include but not limited to: dusting/cleaning of tabletops, public use area counters, tops of cabinets, seating in public use areas.
