Shall include but not be limited to: • Pedestrian and Bicycle Facility Projects • Landscaping and Scenic Beautification Projects • Historic Transportation Building, Structure or Facility Projects • Scenic or Historic Highway Program Projects • Historic Preservation or Archaeological Planning and Research Projects • Alternative Fuels, Environmental Mitigation, or Resilience Projects • Freight, Rail, or Intermodal Facility Projects Qualified firms may submit letters of interest addressing the following disciplines: • Environmental Document Review Responsibilities • Design Review Responsibilities • Pre-Construction Responsibilities • Construction Engineering Inspection (CEI) Oversight Responsibilities • Overall Project Management • Training and Certification Classes (Construction Engineering and Inspection Classes – schedule classes and teach) • Maintaining and Updating Program Guidelines and Internet Material • Roadway, Geotechnical and Traffic Design Services as outlined in Stages 1-4 of the TDOT PDN. (Design services may include but are not limited to the development of Line and Grade, Functional, Plan-In-Hand plans, PS&E package and related field review plans. Geotechnical services may include but are not limited to site exploration, laboratory testing, engineering analysis and recommendations for roadway alignment and structures. Traffic Design services may include but are not limited to traffic signal design and/or lighting design.)
