The Atlanta Regional Commission (ARC) is seeking proposals from a firm or team of firms (referred to as consultant) experienced in housing data analysis, housing production strategies, and stakeholder engagement to assist in developing a Regional Housing Strategy to support the ARC’s housing work. The Scope of Services for the work is attached as Attachment A and provides information regarding the level of effort required, as well as specific tasks to be accomplished. The work scope extends from the Consultant selection in 2025 to the end of 2026. The work scope includes project management and stakeholder engagement plan development, the design of a kickoff meeting and housing summit; an external review (2A) and internal review (2B) of housing tools and resources; regional housing data collection and analysis; the development of the ARC Regional Housing Policy Framework and the stakeholder engagement around this framework; and final report development and presentation to the ARC Board.
