Fuel Supply and Resupply: Provide routine fuel deliveries of gasoline, diesel, and propane to designated County locations. Maintain fuel resupply schedule to ensure no interruption in County operations, not to exceed 48 hours between necessary resupply intervals. Submit weekly fuel pricing updates for gasoline, diesel, and propane. Emergency Fuel Operations: Submit an Emergency Response Plan detailing how the vendor will maintain uninterrupted fuel services during declared emergencies, including: Pre-positioning of at least one delivery vehicle for each fuel type (gasoline, diesel, and propane) within a 50-mile radius. Ability to fully replenish the County fuel depot and satellite locations within 8 hours of activation. Plan for additional deliveries in the event that pre-positioned assets are insufficient.
