The purpose of this contract is to provide one 18’ all-welded aluminum flat bottom, V-bow with square nose work boat, 60HP outboard motor with a roller style boat trailer to tow/move fishing piers on Minnesota waters. The awarded Contract Vendor will be required to meet with DNR representative over the phone before the build begins to ensure clear understanding of specifications. Specifications include, but are not limited to: Boat - Line 1 in SWIFT – Boat 2.1 New 2025 or newer custom 18’ aluminum workboat. 2.2 18 ft. all-welded aluminum flat bottom pointed V-bow with square nose workboat. 2.3 Boat should be constructed of at least 0.125-inch thick aluminum with a 60-inch bottom width, 72-inch beam width, and side height (from floor up to gunnel) of 20 inches. 2.4 Reverse chine; 2.5 Side Console; 2.6 All welded flat floor with non-skid surface sealed to prevent spread of AIS; 2.7 42” L x 17” Hi front deck with nonskid surface; 2.8 Waterproof storage under front deck with approximately 24” x 14” access opening and latching aluminum door positioned to minimize water draining in off the deck and sloshing up from the floor. 2.9 Storage under deck will not compromise sealed floor; 2.10 Minimum 1” wide lip on edge of front deck to prevent water on deck from spilling into boat; Motor - Line 2 in SWIFT 3.1 Newest model year Mercury 60ELPT 60HP motor per recommendations of manufacture for boat above. 3.1.1 Holes where motor is bolted on needs to be sealed so water does not leak in; 3.2 Remote steering; 3.3 Power trim and tilt; 3.4 Electric start; 3.5 Emergency kill switch; 3.6 20” Shaft; 3.7 Aluminum propeller sized to match motor and boat. 3.8 Must meet or exceed 3-star CARB rating; 3.9 Marine grade sealed battery with cables and battery box; 3.9.1 battery and box mounted between angled seat boxes; 3.9.2 Cables to battery will remain off the floor; 3.10 Fuel hose and 6-gallon gas tank connected to motor. 3.11 Unit price must include shipping. 3.12 Motor must be complete, water ready, and fully operational (does not include fuel); 3.12.1 Any remaining fuel in the tank and engine must be treated as if its going into storage prior to delivery-per owner’s manual.
