The Project’s scope of work includes general professional engineering consultant services including, but not limited to, transportation planning, project planning, land surveying, public engagement, forestry and landscape architecture, environmental sciences, project management, asset management, program management, construction management and inspections, construction law, labor law, and engineering (e.g., highway, construction, water resources, environmental, structural engineering, structural inspection, coastal, traffic, transportation, railway, electrical, Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS), geotechnical, pavement, materials, utility, facilities, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and others as needed) services. Project assignments will depend upon MDTA’s workload, urgency, and need for specialty expertise.
