CAPISTRANO UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT (District) is currently soliciting Requests for Proposals from qualified vendors to provide an AI instructional tool that supports TK-12 teachers in enhancing student learning, engagement, and personalized instruction. The selected vendor will work in close collaboration with the District to implement a solution that streamlines and automates routine tasks and supports personalized and differentiated learning for all students. The tool must comply with data privacy and responsible AI standards, integrate seamlessly with existing District systems, and provide robust professional development and ongoing support for educators. Only programs that are 1EdTech Certified will be considered for this RFP to ensure compliance and interoperability and data privacy standards. District reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive informalities and minor irregularities in any proposal reviewed. District may reject any proposal that does not conform to the instructions herewith. Additionally, District reserves the right to negotiate all final terms and conditions of any preliminary agreement entered into with the vendor. District makes no representations that any contract will be awarded to any respondent. The selection process will include an evaluation based on weighted enumerated criteria. All costs associated with any proposal shall be borne by the proposer.
