1. Shall be the positive displacement type. 2. Shall be frost-proof with cast iron bottom plate. 3. Casing shall be of copper alloy containing not less than 75% copper. 4. Register shall be the hermetically sealed magnetic type, electronic head, straight reading, U.S. Gallons, with test hand. 5. Shall meet the latest requirements of AWWA Standard C-700. 6. 5/8 meters shall be SENSUS 5/8-inch SRII, and any succeeding model numbers, or approved equal. 7. One inch meters shall be SENSUS 1-inch SR; and any succeeding model numbers, or approved equal. 8. ALL METERS shall be outfitted with ITRON electronic registers only and with plastic bonnets with serial # stamped on bottom side of all lids 9. ALL SADDLES AND REPAIR CLAMPS SHALL BE QUOTED WITH STAINLESS STEEL HARDWARE.
