1. Eligible Equipment o Includes, but is not limited to: CAT backhoes, loaders, graders, bulldozers, and excavators. o 2. Required Services o On-site and off-site diagnostics and repairs. o Routine maintenance (oil changes, filter replacement, etc.). o Emergency repairs o Pickup and delivery services, if needed. o Use of CAT-certified parts (OEM or equivalent). o Documentation of all work performed. o 3. Parts Supply o Vendor must be capable of sourcing and supplying OEM CAT parts or equivalent. o Warranty information must be provided for all parts used. o 4. Labor o Hourly labor rates for standard and emergency repairs must be specified. o Technician certifications must be listed (minimum CAT-certified required).
