2.1. Coordination, Data Collection & Concepting A. Provide a project schedule for design, procurement, and construction that meets the current in place schedule that has been established by the County. B. Meet with County Engineering staff for input regarding maintenance and historical complaints. C. Coordinate / Collaborate with Jacobs Engineering regarding their tolling system structure design D. Provide Geotechnical Reporting design (if necessary) E. Coordinate with County Surveyor and Jacobs Engineering for any existing survey data for the project (specific purpose surveys and legal descriptions). The Consultant shall collect any additional topographic survey as required for the project limits. F. Provide concepts and stakeholder engagement as indicated in the Summary. Any logos and/or graphics included in the concepts shall not be secondhanded and must be unique and original. 2.2. Design & Plans Production A. Provide 30%, 60%, 90%, 100% (Final), and certified (Signed and sealed) “Bid” and “Released for Construction” plans for each project phase for review by County. Plans shall be designed and certified by the appropriate discipline lead (architect or engineer) as required by the State of Florida. The consultant may recommend different submittal phasing subject to County approval during the negotiation phase.
