The Town of Tyngsborough seeks sealed bids from qualified vendors for the demolition of a building that previously housed the Tyngsborough Senior Center. Work under this contract shall include, at a minimum, asbestos abatement, disposal of paint / painted substrate as RCRA characteristic hazardous waste, recycling and disposal of universal waste and miscellaneous oil and hazardous materials in accordance with applicable state and federal law and/or regulation, and shall include the demolition and removal of the building including the removal and off-site legal disposal of the concrete / granite / field stone/boulder foundation, and the filling in of the foundation / site with suitable materials as detailed within this IFB. This IFB is being issued by the Town of Tyngsborough through the Office of the Town Manager.
