The Wisconsin Department of Administration, State Bureau of Procurement on behalf of the Division of Personnel Management is releasing this Request for Information (RFI) in order to solicit information for software applications or platforms that manage candidate reference checks. Information being sought includes other functions that may be bundled with the reference-checking function, ability to integrate with ERP platforms, level of customization that may be permitted within the application and/or within a given company’s account, validation processes, and performance metrics. The information gained from this RFI may be used in the development of a competitive solicitation for a standalone reference checking application or a more comprehensive related platform. This RFI is for informational purposes only, and it does not serve as a substitute for a procurement solicitation. This RFI shall not result in a contractual relationship. No awards will result from this RFI.
