The Department of Administrative Services (DAS) on behalf of the Department of Natural Resources (DNR) Seeks to Purchase: Engineering services from a qualified engineering consulting firm (Contractor) for the design of water supply infrastructure improvements at Waubonsie State Park (Fremont County). This project is needed to address insufficient water pressure issues at the cabins, unreliable well controls, and aging service plant plumbing. Identified needs include the following: Replace the existing waterline from the well building down to the lodge, complete with new connections to the upper reservoir, lower reservoir, cabins and lodge; replace one pressure reducing valve and one flushing hydrant; replace all plumbing inside the existing well building; and remove booster pumps at each cabin.
