The Riley County Board of Commissioners is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced consulting firms to conduct a comprehensive Space Needs Assessment for the County’s Judicial Services Departments, including the Courthouse, County Attorney, and Community Corrections. The selected firm will: Evaluate and program current and future space needs for all identified departments. Assess existing facilities to determine their capacity to meet operational demands. Compare current space availability with future needs to identify gaps or inefficiencies. Analyze the feasibility of renovation, expansion, or the construction of new facilities to meet identified needs. Demonstrate expertise in planning and designing modern courthouse and judicial service facilities, with a focus on functionality, security, and public accessibility.
