Lots A – C - Preventative Maintenance - This scope of work shall include the maintenance of all equipment specified in this document. The anticipated frequency of preventive maintenance is quarterly. Maintenance shall consist of Work associated with any, but not limited to, of the following terms: maintenance, preventative maintenance, service, and regular service as per the manufacturers recommendations. 1. Maintenance Plan: The successful Offeror shall develop a comprehensive maintenance plan to guide the implementation of the work as described herein. a. The plan shall be developed with Clemson as a draft for Clemson University’s review within 30 days of contract award. b. The plan shall include a detailed checklist and schedule of Work activities per the maintenance and operation manuals. This list shall designate specific equipment by facility. A written report shall be submitted to Clemson University monthly, noting work activities that occurred in the preceding month as specified in the plan and giving the date of each activity. c. Plan shall be updated to address specific needs or facility changes.
