6.1 The City of McRae-Helena seeks a qualified provider to dispose of yard debris that is collected by the City and brought to the Bidder for proper disposal, as provided by the qualified terms below: 6.1.A. “Yard debris” refers to grass, weeds, leaves, tree and shrubbery pruning, and other similar materials generated in the maintenance of lawns and gardens. 6.1.B. Disposal of the yard debris must total a minimum of ten (10) tons each month. 6.1.C. Disposal of the yard debris must be within a fifteen (15) mile radius of the City. 6.1.D. All vehicles used for disposal of yard debris will be either covered or secured to prevent trimmings yard debris being scattered or spilled. 6.1.E. During disposal, the yard debris must be separated from solid waste and must be recycled and not landfilled.
